Three Pennsylvania Police Officers Killed in York County Ambush
Victims Identified
According to Fox News, the three fallen officers were Detective Sergeant Cody Becker, Detective Mark Baker, and Detective Isaiah Emenheiser of the Northern York County Regional Police Department. Two other officers were critically injured but are recovering.
How the Ambush Unfolded
Authorities said the suspect, Matthew James Ruth, 24, ambushed officers with an AR-style rifle as they entered a farmhouse in North Codorus Township to serve a warrant for stalking, trespassing, and prowling. He was fatally shot in the exchange. (Al Jazeera)

Fox43 reported Ruth had a history of stalking his ex-girlfriend. The night before, he was seen using binoculars outside her home. Court records also link him to killing the family’s dog. The warrant stemmed from these incidents.
